I. ROOM RATES

All rates in this agreement are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) per room per night. Our rates are inclusive taxes and of full buffet breakfast taken at leisure in our all day dining restaurant, 'Le Vendome' and New Year's eve gala dinner.

1- Room rate inclusive of 10% service charge, 6% Tourism fee, 4% municipailty fee, 5% VAT and AED 15.00 municipality room fee, per room per night & on bed and breakfast basis. Inclusive of New Year's Eve gala dinner.

2- Available booking dates will be open from 25th December 2018 until 01s t January 2019. Any additional required dates outside the block will be booked on the published Best Available Rate.

3-Bookings can only be made using the hyperlink provided to KM Events and should be available on the main page of the event website.

4- Bookings are to be guaranteed by credit card and hotel cancellation and no show policy will apply.

5- Kindly be advised that the rooms can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival (12noon). For any cancellations received with in 72 hours prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of AED 2,901.50 will be applicable. Should the occupancy of the Palace reach a 100%, the cancellation fee will be waived if the Palace is able to resell the cancelled room.

6-Any additional rooms required after pickup or release of all the blocked rooms will be subject to availability and rate change.

II. RESERVATIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Check-in time is 15:00 hours on the arrival date. Access to rooms prior to this time will be only offered depending on the availability of rooms at the time of arrival. In order to guarantee early check-in, the approximate arrival time shall be stated on the reservations form of the Customer and one (1) full night accommodation charge will apply.

2. Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the departure date. Late check-out may be arranged by the Palace. An additional charge will apply depending on the availability of rooms at the time of the depart ure. Late check-out between 1pm until 6pm will be charged at 50% of the room price. Check-out after 6pm will be with the full room rate.

3. The Palace shall forward the Client written confirmation of reservations, change in reservations or reservation cancellations indicating the reservation or cancellation number, as the case may be. A reservations confirmation forwarded by the Palace shall represent the Palace's consent to the terms and conditions set forth in the Customer's request, subject to Customer's timely payment for the services rendered.

4. A change of the period confirmed shall be requested by the Client in writing. The Palace reserves the right to change the rates and other terms of the agreement in case of change of the period of stay.

No-show of the guest within the booked period is a reason for charging the Client 100% of the projected room revenue from the reserved room for all rights reserved.

IV. VISAS
The Palace can assist in processing Transit visas to the United Arab Emirates for Guests of the Client holding a guaranteed reservation. In order to do so, please contact the Reservation department at least two weeks prior to the planned arrival date at tel. +971 2 690 8888, fax 971 2 690 8880 or via e-mail reservations.emiratespalace@kempni ski.com for all necessary information including the fee for visa support.
The Palace visa application does not guarantee its issuance. The approval of visa processing, as well as any delay or releasing, is entirely to the discretion of the I mmigration Authorities of the United Arab Emirates. Visa charges are paid in advance to Abu Dhabi I mmigrat ion and are non-refundable even if visas are rejected by local authorities.

Palace Lounge: Access to the palace lounges on the East & West Wings respectively will be available for all guest booking suites.

• Choice of international newspapers or magazines
• Transportation to/from AUH International Airport.
• Lounge opened daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Early arrival, before 14.00 hours, lounge access is included.
• Late check-out at no additional charge up to 16.00 hours is included, subject to room availability. Use of the lounge up to 11pm is included after check-out.
• Buffet Breakfast including healthy option from 7am - 9am.
• All day - 7am to 11pm Tea, Coffee, Soft drinks, selected alcoholic beverages and snacks. (full room service chargeable menu available in palace lounge)
• Secretarial services on request
• Meeting room for 2 hours/ 5 guest, subject to availability
• Business Centre facilities (Facsimile, Photocopier, local fax complimentary), 2nd floor

VI. CHILDREN POLICY

Children ages Oto 3 years inclusive:

• A maximum of one (1) child can share a room with parents free of charge, when using existing bedding
• Baby cots can be provided free of charge upon availability
• Rooms occupied by children only (a maximum of three per room) will be charged single occupancy rate
• Meals are complimentary when dining with parents at the Palace with the exception of the Palace Ceremony meals (room service) and mini bar

Babysitting is available upon request at a charge.

Children ages 4 to 11 years inclusive:

• A maximum of one (1) child can share a room with parents using a rollaway bed. The extra bed will be charged at 50 % of the adult rate for an extra bed.
• Rooms occupied by children only (a maximum of three per room) will be charged single occupancy rate
• Meals will be charged at 50% of the adult prices of the Palace with the exception of the Palace Ceremony meals (room service) and minibar

Children ages 12 years and above:

• Children age 12 years and above are considered as adults

Le Vendome Brasserie: Sumptuous renowned international buffet for all day dining;
Sayad: Delectable seafood and a divine fine dining experience;
Mezzaluna: Award winning restaurant with rich Mediterranean culinary delights;
BBQ Al Qasr: A relaxed al fresco dining experience, combining an idyllic beachside setting accompanied by aromatic blends of Arabian shisha and live entertainment;
Hakkasan Mezlai: Signature Restaurant offering Abu Dhabi's first authentic local cuisine, a luxurious fine dining Arabian experience for lunch and dinner; Specializing in European and Arabic style high tea; serving the famous Palace chocolate cake alongside a variety of pastries, cakes, sandwiches and salads;
Cafe: World class champagne menu and caviar selections with live music; A selection of the world's finest cognacs, armagnacs, scotch whiskies, single malts and cigars;
Caviar Bar: Exclusive lounge located at East Pool and offering Spanish Tapas and exotic beverages;
Havana Club: Beachside feast of salads and grills;
Breeze Lounge: Sumptuous cuisine in a casual atmosphere with a special children's menu exclusively for in-house guests; located at West Wing by the Adventure Pool;
Las Brisas Cascades: An ultimate in-room dining experience, 24 hours a day.

VIII. TRANSPORT

The Palace can provide the Guests with luxury transportation to and from the Abu Dhabi International Airport and the Dubai I nternational Airport at the following fares (per trip/per day):
BMW
Abu Dhabi International: AED 500.00
Airport Dubai International Airport: AED 1000.00

Should you book one of our Suites, we will be glad to provide you with complimentary BMW 745 airport transfer from and to Abu Dhabi International Airport (only applicable for guest staying in a Suite).

IX. MARHABA SERVICE

Assistance and welcoming service inside the Abu Dhabi International Airport can be arranged at a cost of AED 350.00 per person.

Security Staff
Should you require security staff from our end, we charge AED 75.00 per staff per hour. Please let us know your exact requirements.

Service Charge and Tourism Fee
All conference and Banqueting prices are quoted in UAE Dirham, and inclusive of 10% service charge, 6% tourism fee and 4% municipality fee and 5% VAT.

XI. PAYMENT

The guests should book their rooms using the hyperlink available on the main page of the event website not later than June 30th 2018.
